This thread is for interim policy announcements which are effective until incorporated into an appropriate Army Cadet Regulation. These announcements are binding, are a modification to existing regulations and have the same authority as if they were incorporated into an Army Regulation.

ANNUAL TRAINING HONOR GRADUATES

Effective with AT 2009, there will be a Honor Graduate for each Platoon, as well as for each Company. Only a Company Honor Graduate will wear the "H" Device on the appropriate ribbon award. A Company Honor Graduate may be meritoriously promoted to PV2 or PFC, typically PFC. A platoon Honor Graduate may be meritoriously promoted to PV2 or, in the case of a PV2(P), to PFC.
